New devices in the AARON series (**) are delivered with a general guarantee certificate, as well as the High End guarantee of satisfaction. The High End guarantee of satisfaction entitles the purchaser, as the first owner of the device, to return and/or cancel the purchase contract within 30 days of the delivery date.
Thus, the purchaser has the opportunity to compare an AARON device with other products, even after purchase, and to convince himself of the excellent quality of the AARON series. Should the customer be dissatisfied with the AARON device – for whatever reason – the seller is obliged to take the goods back. The seller can, however, demand a flat rate for usage of 10.00 Euro per day. The return of a device to the seller is at the cost and risk of the
purchaser. The High End guarantee of satisfaction is available from all authorised dealers and importers.
